Still in his teens, Daniel Landers is an accomplished singer, songwriter, musician and actor with fans across the globe. Daniel grew up in his two favorite places in the world—New York City and a sleepy town in South Florida. He lives the ultimate double life, following his passion for songwriting and performing all over the world, and coming home to chill with friends and family. Daniel attended a high school for the academically gifted, which also adds to the dichotomy of his teen life. He studies music business and contemporary songwriting at the prestigious Frost School of Music at the University of Miami.

At the age of two, Daniel made his acting debut in Hollywood, California, and his stage debut at age 4 when he sang and danced with the cast of the hit children’s TV and stage show, The Huggabug Club. When Daniel was just 9 years old, he had his first European hit, which he recorded and performed in several languages. By the age of 11, Daniel was writing songs, and developing his own style, focusing on an American sound.  Daniel has been a guest performer on variety specials in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Daniel expanded his fan base in the European music scene when he competed in the finals of Europe’s XFactor in the Netherlands.

Daniel Lander has just recently released his single, “Love Me Tonight” from his soon -to -be- released album, which will be available in all digital stores, including iTunes. When I saw the video for, “Love Me Tonight”, I sat up and paid attention. Daniel sounds like a cross between Paolo Nutini and James Blunt. After listening to this song non-stop for a few days now, I have to say that it is easily one of the best pop singles of 2014, and one of the strongest in recent memory.

Daniel’s lyrics are beautiful, his voice is unbelievable, and his style is unequalled. And to top it off he is charming and good looking too. “Love Me Tonight” is a piano driven ballad which perfectly fits Daniel’s soulful and acrobatic vocals.

The last decade of Pop music, apart from rare treats like Bruno Mars, Jason Mraz or James Morrison, has been uninventive, predictable, and dull. Daniel’s range is remarkable and his ability to sing with flamboyant-abandon while still being in control is nothing short of awesome!

This recording has everything a great pop music ballad needs; a strong melody, good lyrics, a fantastic vocal, and an intensely beautiful musical arrangement. It is clear that Daniel Landers has vast potential. His talent is evident and his originality and creativity is a much needed breath of fresh air for the pop scene.

Though still young, Daniel has been around the block, building up solid performing experiences along the way; making now as good a time as any to break it big. The single “Love Me Tonight”, points him in the right direction. The album without a doubt will confirm his ongoing momentum.
