‘Awake In You’ grabs all the time tested clichés; waves of sweeping guitar chords, urgent, pressure cooker verses and searing choruses above a driving drumbeat. Chris has adopted the flair for commercial craft, knowing how to hit the sweet spot between the mundane and melodic.

The newest single Frozen In Time was written and produced by Chris Bullock mixed by Mike Brylinski (Goo Goo Dolls). Frozen In Time also features Goo Goo Dolls keyboardist Korel Tunador. This is a Nashville influenced acoustic driven pop/rock song reminiscent of Bon Jovi and Daughty. The song is about finding yourself stuck inside a moment in time and the struggle to move forward, through that experience, while still keeping your head above water.
Like Bon Jovi on their album “Lost Highway”, New Stellar Star also walk the country-influenced rock tightrope. And they do it with similar ease.
